In the wake of the latest mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine and the typical media-fueled blame game that regularly follows, we are joined by our good friend and regular contributor, certified clinical psychologist, Dr. Jennifer Prohaska, to provide some line-level perspective on this topic.
We attempt to dissect some of the reasons for the perceived repeated failures of the well-intended, yet often counterproductive and outdated legal, medical and political responses provided by many of the current constructs that exist to help prevent these types of on-going threats.
